HOME RENOVATION IN DOWNINGTOWN
AN EXQUISITE RENOVATION FOR A DEAR FRIEND
This project was near & dear to us as this client was a close friend from our church. The project was located in Downingtown, PA. The initial scope of work included renovating the kitchen & great room with some other miscellaneous updates on the 1st floor. Throughout the course of the project, there was other work added throughout their home including 2nd floor flooring, trim work, painting & a bathroom. We also added an egress window in the basement & took care of some structural issues that were existing. We had a super tight timeline as we started in September with the goal to have the project 100% by Christmas. Thanks to our entire staff & partners, we were able to deliver on this timeline. The end result for this renovation is timeless & beautiful.
A lot of thought & consideration went into the design of this space as it was a newer construction build with previously installed plumbing & mechanicals but not a huge amount of square footage to work with. Our client’s wanted to create a space that had a natural flow from the first floor while creating an area where they could host, spend time with family & watch the EAGLES!
