THE PERFECT FINISHED BASEMENT FOR FAMILY AND ENTERTAINING
This finished basement project that we completed in the Borough of West Chester is still one of our favorites for a couple of reasons: the clients were good friends with one of our owner’s(Luke) & one of our project managers(Colton) while they attended WCU together. Along with that, don’t you just love the overall aesthetics of this finished space that our clients picked?
A lot of thought & consideration went into the design of this space as it was a newer construction build with previously installed plumbing & mechanicals but not a huge amount of square footage to work with. Our client’s wanted to create a space that had a natural flow from the first floor while creating an area where they could host, spend time with family & watch the EAGLES!
So many fun details from the powder room, to the custom bar & of course, the reading nook space.
