West Chester, PA (June 24, 2022) — Windle Design & Construction, a full-service design-build contractor, is thrilled to announce that it has expanded its business through the acquisition of the Chester County-based remodeling company, I.M. Contracting.

Founded in 2007 by long-time Chester County resident Ian McGann, I.M. Contracting has been the elite residential general contracting company for the last 15 years, providing top-of-the-line service to clients across the region.

Windle Design & Construction will take over I.M. Contracting’s book of business, including equipment, assets, as well as client relations with existing and future customers. This acquisition will help grow the Windle Design & Construction business and allow the team to expand its offerings to clients.

“We’re really excited our team will have twice the amount of equipment, twice the amount of resources, and with the lead source and generation that we’re expecting, we’re going back to the drawing board to re-imagine what our 1-3 year plan looks like,” Seth says.
