In 2008, while attending West Chester University, Seth started a handyman business with the dream that one day it would become a family company. In 2012 that dream became real when Luke, who also attended West Chester University, partnered with Seth. Seth and Luke then invited their father (Ed) to join who brought more than 40 years of remodeling experience in the Chester County Area.

One thing that sets us apart from other construction companies is our team approach to each of our projects. We are often told by our clients that our team is unlike any other construction company around. We genuinely love to be around each other and respect each other’s talent. As owners, we absolutely love getting to lead a team of people who share the same values and work ethic. We feel honored that over the last 15 years, we have built a team of designers and craftsmen that pour out so much of their time and effort into our client’s homes. We believe that the joy that we have in what we do, and how we do it, is why our clients feel like family at the end of every project.
