West Chester 2nd Floor and Exterior Renovation

These clients had a classic colonial style home and wanted to bring in New England/Cape Cod features to update their exterior. Along with this, we added a guest suite and primary suite addition. We also reconfigured the hall bathroom and another bedroom to create a nice flow to the home. The client owns her own antique styling business so one thing we spent a lot of time considering was keeping the design classic and timeless. She wanted to be able to incorporate her favorite vintage pieces to decorate the space so the finished product ended up being something different than we typically do which was really fun for the designers.
