West Chester 2nd Floor and Exterior Renovation

These clients had a colonial style home and wanted to bring in classic New England features to update their exterior. Along with this, we added a guest suite and a primary suite onto the home. We also reconfigured the hall bathroom and another bedroom to create a nice flow to the upstairs addition. The client has an interior design and decorating business which made the design process especially fun. It was exciting to see the spaces come to life as Etta Lane & Co. decorated the spaces in the months that followed. What was once a tired outdated colonial became a modern traditional colonial that is not only beautiful but now functions seamlessly for the family.
