Marshallton Kitchen Renovation

These clients wanted to update their late 1800s home to better suit their family of 5. This home orignially had two fireplaces with a wall separating the kitchen and dining room making it hard to entertain and manage daily tasks easily. We took down the wall between the two rooms, took out the fireplaces and added a big island and added lots of windows to bring in the natural light. We also renovated the pantry to become a mudroom with laundry and sink and a door to access their deck and backyard. We love the pop of color they chose for their island and the farmhouse feel.
