First Floor Renovation in Westtown Township

Believe it or not, prior to our clients selecting us for this full remodel of their 1st floor, the existing kitchen was in a circular layout. Yes, you heard us right. The original architecture of the home was far from traditional but that didn’t stop up from jumping right in. We started with an architect and engineer as we ended up building out a rear addition. We did this so our clients could achieve a more spacious floor plan that would connect their kitchen, living room, and bar area seamlessly to the exterior of their home. A new mudroom, ½ bath and custom kitchen and bar were just a few of the updates to this Westtown home.
