Downingtown First Floor Renovation

These clients unfortunately had water damage that lead to an insurance claim. While assessing their lifestyle and their current layout, we realized that their original layout didn’t make sense for the flow of the home which left a lot of the space unused. They wanted a more open first floor, and we were happy to do that for them. They took out a half wall between the Dining Room and Kitchen to open up the space and make room for a big island. They expanded their mudroom and laundry room into part of the garage to be more functional. We added some storage to the left and right of the fireplace and to their kitchen. They gained a lot more functionality and space with this renovation. We are so happy for them!
