BRAND NEW FIRST FLOOR RENOVATION IN EAST BRADFORD

This project is a testament to how our design build process plays out with our clients. They reached out to our team knowing they wanted to update their first floor but weren’t sure what was possible. After our initial sales meeting, we presented a brief scope of work and budget, which ultimately our clients were comfortable with. As the design process unfolded, our design team provided multiple floor plan options allowing our clients to finally see the potential of their home. The finished product is simply amazing. A beautiful custom kitchen, bar and serving area, more functional pantry, brand new mudroom and laundry room, powder room and updated fireplace; making this a brand-new first floor.
