Initial Consultation
Our process starts with a brief 15-minute consultation to understand your project objectives and outline our approach. If the project aligns with our services, we will schedule an in-home visit to collect all pertinent details. Following this, we will provide a Project Development/Design Agreement, which includes a preliminary budget (if feasible), the cost of design services, and other essential project information. Once the agreement is approved, we will move forward into the next phase.
02.
Concept Development & Budget
Our team will complete a comprehensive site evaluation and present you with a selection of customized floorplan designs. After you select your preferred layout, we will provide a detailed and tailored project budget based on your chosen design. During this phase, allowances for all finish materials will be established. Once the concept and budget are finalized and approved, we will transition you into our Design Development Phase.
03.
Design Development
In this phase, we address municipal zoning requirements and collaborate with you to refine the material selections and finalize your design. With our in-house design team, we will guide you through a series of meetings, both at your home and in our office, to review and confirm all project details. Once the pre-construction and design work are complete, we will present the final proposal and contract for your approval.

Construction
At this stage, you’ll be introduced to our project management app, where all key project details- including finances, timelines and material selections – will be uploaded for your viewing. Your dedicated project manager, along with your lead designer, will guide you through a thorough review of these specifications, ensuring everything is aligned and ready for construction. With the support of our experienced production management team, in-house carpenters, and trusted trade partners, we‘re able to deliver exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail throughout every phase of your project.
05.
Project Wrap-Up
Finally, your project is nearing completion. Our team conducts a thorough internal walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our high standards. Following this, we will schedule a warranty handoff, during which you’ll receive a warranty and care packet, along with a special gift as a token of our appreciation for your partnership. Additionally, we would be honored to showcase your project by capturing professional photos of the finished spaces.
